FSY is a leading literary scouting agency based in New York City, representing publishing clients and film/television creators around the globe.

Founded in 1976 by Lynn C. Franklin, Todd R. Siegal partnered with Lynn to form Franklin & Siegal Associates in 1992. The agency was renamed in 2026, our 50th anniversary, with
Danny Yanez at the helm.

We offer a tailor-made and agile scouting service covering every genre of fiction and nonfiction — including young adult and middle grade literature — and we take great pride in our longstanding, collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues worldwide.
